Advantage

Application
Hydrochromic ink widely used for umbrella cloth, children's canvas and so on.
Printing substrate
Hydrochromic ink can be printed on paper, cloth, PVC plastic, leather, etc…
Printing Methods
1. You can first print the text or pattern on the substrate with a silk screen (the ink color should be as light as possible)
2. After the ink of the pattern is dry, use a 43-77T/cm screen (water-based mesh) to print the transparent ink on the surface of the pattern, if necessary. It can be diluted with a small amount of distilled water. When exposed to water, it becomes transparent, and the ink will become a white film when it dries, covering the pattern underneath. If you want to strengthen the hiding power, treat the water to become transparent ink and the screen printing ink is dry, and then add another layer of printing.
3. It can be air-dried naturally or blown with hot air at 80-100°C for 3-5 minutes. Fourth, the shelf life: the water-based silk screen printing ink that becomes transparent in case of water is stored in a cool place, and the shelf life is more than 12 months.
