Product introduction
Bronze powder is a non-ferrous alloy pigment, which produced from copper, zinc and aluminum, through processes of melting, ball milling, grading and polishing into scale powder. It is metallic pigment with a shimmering golden luster that floating in binder.
The coarser the particles of bronze powder, the stronger the metallic feeling and the more flickering, but the hiding power is poor. The finer the particle, the weaker the metallic feeling, the softer the color, and the better the hiding power. Copper powder with different particle diameters and mesh numbers can satisfy different applications and the desired metal effect.
Application
400 mesh: Gold paint, fabric printing gold, also suitable for screen printing, wallpaper, coatings and incorporation into plastics. Features: high luminosity, strong sense of metal.
600 mesh: gold paint, fabric printing gold, screen printing, crafts coating, etc. Features: high luminosity, strong sense of metal.
800 mesh: Used for fabric printing, spray paint, plastic, wallpaper coatings waterborne and non-waterborne applications.
1000 mesh: For the manufacture of high brightness spray paint, wood materials, screen printing ink and rubber embossed ink. Features: fine, high brightness.
1200 mesh: Suitable for printing ink, paint, plastic, screen ink, etc. Features: High brightness.
1500 mesh: Excellent performance, high gloss, good stability, can be used to manufacture canned offset printing ink.
